Mercan College Visual Arts Club provides a comprehensive educational environment that enables students to establish a closer relationship with art, supports creativity, and develops visual thinking skills. The primary objective of our club is to instill a love of painting in students, increase artistic awareness, and strengthen their aesthetic perspective.

Through visual arts education, students develop their painting culture; they learn to use their imagination and manual skills more effectively. At the same time, they increase their artistic production capacity, allowing them to express themselves freely and creatively.

Within the scope of our education program, practical studies are conducted in many areas, including basic design principles, color knowledge, pattern studies, oil painting, watercolor, and graphic design. This enables students to acquire technical knowledge while experiencing different branches of art, resulting in multi-faceted development.

Mercan College Visual Arts Club aims for our students to recognize our artistic culture and values, as well as develop an awareness to convey these values to different civilizations. Through the universal language of art, students grow into individuals who understand and interpret cultural diversity.

In our club activities, student participation, community service awareness, and productivity are prioritized. Planned work, continuity, volunteerism, and cooperation are among our core principles. This approach enables students to learn not only to produce art but also to take responsibility and work together.
